Duane Pogue - Vice President of Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development at GLS, Duane Pogue is passionate about driving product quality and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Duane graduated from the University of Minnesota in the mid 1960s and then began a two-year stint in the United States Army, working in an Intelligence unit. After leaving the Army, Duane returned to the Twin Cities and started working for the Yearbook Division of Josten's, which was his first introduction to the printing industry.

In 1971, Duane decided to take the plunge and run his own printing company – so he bought Litho Incorporated. An effective strategist, Duane built an award-winning sheetfed and web printing company that has served more than 250 customers nationwide. In November 2006, GLS Companies acquired Litho, and Duane transitioned into his new role on the GLS executive team.

Duane and his wife, Kim, have four children and four grandchildren. In his free time Duane enjoys cycling, hiking and golf. Memorable trips so far have included biking in Hawaii, Europe, and all around the United States. The family also makes regular bike/hike trips to the high mountain country in Colorado.
